Lead Pastor
Pastor Doug, originally from the Midwest, has been in ministry since 1989, serving as an evangelist, Bible teacher, and devoted student of Scripture. With a B.S. from Lee University and a Master’s from Dallas Theological Seminary, he is passionate about helping others grow in Christ and strengthening the Church. He enjoys time with his wife Sandra, daughter Sophia, fitness, and sports.
Sandra Felts
Music Director
Born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, brings over 20 years of experience as a Worship Director, leading teams and cultivating spirit-led worship experiences. She believes worship is a daily lifestyle and inspires others to live with that mindset. Outside of ministry, she works as a Technical Illustrator at NOV, blending creativity with technical expertise. Above all, her deepest desire is to worship God wholeheartedly and lead others to do the same.
Donna Molegraaf
Office Manager
Donna has been part of Christian Reformed Churches her entire life and has been a member of New Life since 1980. She returned as Office Manager in 2022 and enjoys serving both the church and preschool communities.
Donna and her husband, John, met at a CRC in Honolulu, married in 1970, and have three children, seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. She loves reading and spending time with her family.

Lila Murray
Bookkepper
Lila brings 25 years of accounting experience, having served as Director of Accounting in higher education. A CPA and Texas A&M graduate, she deepened her faith through a Bible certificate from the College of Biblical Studies. Passionate about God’s Word. Lila is honored to serve New Life CRC alongside her husband and two daughters.
Samantha Medore
Preschool Director
Samantha has been part of the New Life community since 2020, beginning as Assistant Director and now serving as Director of NLCCS. She is passionate about creating a joyful, Christ-centered learning environment. A proud mother of Caitlyn, Max, and Hadley, she enjoys family time, board games, and cheering on her kids. She also serves in the Children’s Ministry at New Life Church.
Marisa Cedano
Children's Ministry Director
Marisa has been part of New Life Church since childhood, having attended New Life Preschool in her early years. She joined the staff in 2022 and became Children’s Ministry Director in 2024. She is passionate about guiding young hearts in faith and raising future church leaders.
Jacob Heintz
Sound
Jacob runs sound for the church services at New Life, where he works to make the worship band sound its best and create a meaningful worship experience. Outside of church, he enjoys reading and writing orchestral music, combining his love for creativity and sound.
