At New Life Church, believers are discipled in community so they can cultivate and sustain the character, skills and spiritual depth needed to grow in grace and live on mission with Jesus. You may start out with a basic Bible Study to help you understand the Bible better. You may sign up for our Foundations course to get a good grounding in what we believe, what our mission and vision is, and how we follow Jesus on mission together.
There are a variety of Communities to help you grow. These range from Men’s and Women’s Communities, Sunday Morning Communities to mixed and intergenerational Communities that meet in homes. Each community meets during the fall, winter or spring semesters for 8 to 10 weeks.
Finally, for those desiring a more intentional spiritual formation process, we partner with Faithwalking to help you get unstuck spiritually and live the life that Jesus calls us to live.
How do you get started? You can sign up for a Faithwalking 101 retreat .How does Faithwalking work? The Faithwalking retreat is a weekend experience where you will explore the meaning of radical obedience to God, the power of a reflective life with God, and the characteristics of an authentic community that reflects God’s Kingdom. After the retreat, the Faithwalking 201 series becomes a path of freedom as we begin to walk in obedience and fully experience these realities in our lives. Faithwalking 202 and 301 help you go deeper in your transformation and help you live on mission together with others.
However you choose to grow, our sincere prayer is that you will indeed grow towards maturity to bring glory to God!
